The official launch of Smartlands Platform: initial listings

Kyiv Ukraine, May 14, 2021: Smartlands reveals the initial assets on the asset tokenization platform.

We are delighted to announce the first assets listed on the Smartlands Platform. Three properties in Kyiv have successfully fulfilled the onboarding stage and are available for investment, they are: 

• LINER Business Center, Kyiv – This is an A-class business center combining a modern architectural outlook with the latest construction technology. With 12 floors and two levels of underground parking and over 16,000 square meters of office space, it is a much-needed addition to Kyiv’s premium office market.

• 4U Residential Complex, Kyiv – The 4U residential complex envisages the construction of two 27-story residential buildings, two sections in each with contemporary architecture, panoramic glazing, and multilevel forms. Apart from the aesthetics, the complex will offer a number of services and commodities such as concierge service, round-the-clock security and video surveillance, and turnkey renovated apartments. The complex will also include a two-story building with commercial and office space, which will add comfort and convenience to its future residents.

• B-52 Mebli Shopping Center, Kyiv. It is a 6-story shopping center specialized in furniture, located in a well-populated residential area of Kyiv with dense shopping traffic. The total area of the complex is 32,662.6 square meters on a land plot of 1.43 hectares. Currently, over 10,000 square meters are leased by local and national businesses. To improve the premises and overall condition, the shopping center is being renovated; the renovation will ensure an increase of the asset’s value by 60%.

To summarise the financial part of the listings, at the moment, the total value of the property listed is 56 mln USD. The total amount of investment target is 16 mln USD with IRR from 11 to 15%.
